While I was bored as hell I ran around to a few stores and this is what

I bought. From Surplus City I picked up push pins (colored thumb tacks)

and some knife blades. Cost 1.89 Then I went to Walmart and got to tiki

tourch wicks and a bottle of heat. Cost 4.00 Then I came home and this

is what I did. I took two aluminum energy drink bottles and sanded the

lower 2 inches so that there was no print left. Then I put the utility

knife blade into the bible in my draw and taped it in place ...

Katt's Skill

Survival facts with a Katt twist.

1. The best thing to eat when you're suffering from mild hypothermia is pizza (Hey! I don't make this stuff up). You want carbs and fat.

2. Your cell phone emits a digital ping that can help searchers find you, so turn it on if you get lost.

Now there's the way to survive when lost, turn on your celly and call domino's, you'll be rescued in 30 minutes or less.

I've been hiking a few times, up in Wales, climbed snowdom (picture of it below)

Obviously this time of year it is very snowy up there. I climbed it 3 weeks ago.

Took about 9 hours to get to the top. once up there i set up camp and fook me it was freezing. I was in an army sleeping bag, designed for these weathers, and i felt like a frozen sausage, as well as my sausage.

But it was a good 3 days walking, hardly stopped for a rest as well, i would have but well it was so cold ...

Bring it with you lmao Ok joking Well half way joking you always should bring a decent supply of water with you when ever you decide to be in the woods for any reason. Weather hiking, camping or just taking a walk that is over a mile or more. There may be that time when you get stuck in the woods either from bad timing or an injury to you or a partner so this info will do you some good.

As a part of the human condition we make trash and when we do we also tend to leave it behind. Just a ...

If your like me and hands , face and neck getting cold will drive you from the woods, take a small can of plain kitty litter, small bottle of lighter fluid and lighter. Squirt a bit of the fluid in to the litter and light. Mini fire that once the flame is out is warm kitty coals, no smoke. Great way to warm exposed body parts quick.

Just make sure there are no deer around when your hunting or you could miss it hahaha (learned this trick my last hunting trip and danged near didn't get ...

While I have been out hunting my feet get really cold and when that has happened before I would more and likely end the day right then, until I ran across this old man one time in the woods and we started talking. I mentioned that my feet are cold and I was going back home, he then handed me a piece of HERSHEYS chocolate and told me to eat it and in a few minutes my feet were fine. When ever you go out in the cold always carry some chocolate with you to warm you back up. Buy the trick or treat ...
